Belantis

The premium stallion Belantis from the Neustadt mare herd is undisputedly on a par with Poetin I and Quaterback. There are few horses that combine such exquisite gaits with constant willingness to perform, excellent rideability and unique character as Belantis I.

Belantis I began his career as the undisputed winner of the 2011 Southern German licensing in Neustadt (Dosse). All three basic gaits received scores above 9.0 in the most difficult competition. He also completed his 30-day test as dressage winner. He achieved the best dressage breeding score with 158 points. Belantis performance at the Bundeschampionat for 5-year-old dressage horses in Warendorf in 2014 turned out to be a triumph for him and his then rider Beatrice Buchwaldt. With an overall score of 9.2 (trot 10.0), they won the qualification and the final. At the 2015 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, he won the silver medal with a final score of 9.5. The stallion's further equestrian training was then in the hands of Isabell Werth. By now he is victorious up to Grand Prix. In 2017, Belantis I was awarded the title of "Masters Stallion" in Stuttgart. Grand Prix successes followed in 2021 under the saddle of William Matthew.

Sire Benetton Dream was Bundeschampion of 3-year-old riding horse stallions in 2007 and can now point to numerous Grand Prix successes. His dam, the state premium mare Philharmonie, is one of the most beautiful mares at our stud and produced another licensed stallion and new hope with Belantis II. Her sire Expo'se was highly successful in advanced level dressage with Christian Flamm. Her dam Pirouette, daughter of the noble Sandro Hit, already produced the licensed Quaterback sons Quadroneur I and II.
